ITALAB is an abbreviation of its expanded form 'Industrial Testing and Analytical Laboratories'. The exponential growth of the iron ore mining and export sector lead to the establishment of Italab (Goa) Pvt Ltd, at Margao Goa in 1950. Today,we also undertake testing and analysis of a wide range of environmental, commercial and industrial samples.

Our ISO 9001: 2008 certified company is accredited by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibrating Laboratories (NABL). It is also recognized by the Export Inspection Council- Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF), besides being a member of the Goa Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
